Hi again! When I am uploading my artwork there is a message telling that I have not been scouted yet. If anyone thinks that I offer quality, I would appreciate if anyone may help me with this. I contacted Tom but without answer for now.

PS: BTW, just to tell that I am working on new stuff, and it will take a little time because I draw very slow (too many tiny details)
I would have scouted you by now, but it also does not show that option. I think it has to do with needing a certain amount of non "adults only" content uploaded, but I am not sure on that.
